In Rain on Your Parade, you will meet a cast of quirky characters along your journey. I wanted to give you quick glimpse into their personalities. Without further ado…

Cloudy - Cloudy is the cloudiest cloud that has ever clouded. Cloudy might be a little mischievous, but is never malicious! Cloudy simply wants to share the joy of rain with everyone! And why not!? Rain is great! So is watching the little hoomans run around, flailing their hands in the air. They do such cute little dances, singing their happy songs of joy! Oh, how wonderful it must be to be rained on!

Papa Clouds - Papa is one of the oldest clouds that has ever existed and has watched humanity grow from their earliest days. Once a mischievous cloud himself, Papa has learned many life lessons that he tries to instill in the young and impressionable Cloudy (however futile that might be).  He is always seen flying with his signature cane, although he has no hand to hold it… nor any ground to prop himself off of.

Babs - Babs is a cheerful old lady who has seen a thing or two in her lifetime. In her free time (which is all the time, given she’s retired), she enjoys many hobbies, from amateur archeology to watching oddly satisfying videos on Reddit. She also has her own little garden and feels close to nature, which is why she appreciates Cloudy for all that wonderful rain that helps her plants grow.

Froggie - Froggie is an anxious little frog who cares deeply about his family and frog gang. He often finds himself in peculiar predicaments and asks Cloudy for help (the fact he is the one that gets himself in those predicaments notwithstanding). He also has a twin brother who lives on the opposite side of the world and, likewise, cannot keep himself out of trouble. His favorite ice cream is matcha.

Dr. Dryspell - Dr. Dryspell is a mean and eccentric man who absolutely hates clouds of any shape and form. Driven by his hatred, he spends his time building various mechanical contraptions to dispel clouds. He also has a hidden talent (if one can call it that) for rhymes and poetry. In another lifetime, he could have been a famous musical artist, but alas, he chose the path of mean-ness. While he holds a legitimate Doctorate, it is unclear in what field.

The Sun - The sun just wanted to shine on the people on the beach and brighten their day. Then Cloudy came and soaked them. This makes the Sun rather grumpy with Cloudy. Rather grumpy indeed.
